Amanda Uhrhammer, AWI-CH has over 27 years of experience as a civil litigator, specializing primarily in labor and employment cases in both the public and private sectors. Although she has handled a wide range of civil matters over the course of her career, her current practice focuses on cases involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, bullying and public safety matters arising in both state and federal jurisdictions. In addition to her extensive civil litigation practice, Amanda has been conducting impartial workplace investigations for over 10 years for public and private organizations, including investigations involving elected and high-level public officials. In 2019, she successfully completed the rigorous Association of Workplace Investigations Training Institute certificate program (AWI-CH) in 2019.
